1   Questionnaire

You may wish to complete the age appropriate short questionnaire provided. Contact us should you need support.

2 | Registration and Appointment

Register using the age appropriate link provided, we will contact you to discuss an appointment.

3 | Secure payment link emailed

A secure payment link will be sent to you for payment. See terms and conditions

4 | Confirmation of Appointment

As soon as the payment has been received, we will confirm the appointment day and time. You will be asked to provide existing professional reports at this stage.

5 | Day of Assessment

A face to face ADOS-2 assessment will be carried out at our clinic followed by the ADI-R, ACIA or DISCO interview either face to face or online dependent on need/preference.

6 | The Outcome and Report

A dedicated clinician will contact you within 24 hours with the outcome from your assessment. A draft report will be produced within 2 weeks, and a feedback appointment booked for you to discuss the report and recommendations.

Fees and Funding

We are a private practice and our assessments, training and services are not funded by the NHS. There are NHS pathways for ASD diagnosis in most localities and we advise speaking to your GP regarding NHS referral for assessment. However, please be aware, there are often long waiting times.

Diagnostic Assessment Fees

£2,150

Please speak to us if you would like to apply for finance to help spread the costs of your assessment.

Fees include initial consulation, assessment, report, feedback and guidance on bespoke recommendations. There are no hidden extra costs. There is a dedicated point of contact throughout the assessment process. For children, assessment may involve discussions and observation in the school or nursery environment.
